Beef sales for 2009
Our animals have been raised in a traditional manner and will have had a guaranteed quality of life.
They are allowed to develop and grow at a rate dictated by nature and the environment. Our beef is traditionally allowed to mature for 21 days before being butchered and because the meat is treated in this manner, the beef from these animals is a wonderful gourmet product.
Borland Farm Highland Beef is available at Perth and Montrose Farmers markets on the first Saturday of each month. Our beef is also available at Forfar Farmers Market on the 2nd Satrday of each month
Borland farm has a unique relationship with Highland Drovers of Perth, a small company that offers a high quality butchering and packaging service, and using Highland Drovers we are able to offer bespoke boxes of Organic Highland Beef and Hebridean lamb delivered to your door. Our steers are finished on farm and either sold locally through Highland Drovers Ltd. (www.highlanddrovers.co.uk ) or through local and national direct marketing outlets.

Purchase a quarter or half beast cut to your requirements for your freezer at wholesale prices. Get a complete range of cuts, joints and products for between £250 & £300 per quarter plus postage & packaging at cost (final price depends on the weight of animal). This offer is available nationally with the meat being butchered and packaged by the licensed and highly skilled staff at Highland Drovers. All products are vacuum packed weighed and labelled. Courier transport is in ambient boxes with ice pouches aiding temperature control.
